DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS. Full payment is required and is payable upon submission of your application. By submitting an application, the applicant agrees that once they are confirmed on tour, the full purchase price is NON-REFUNDABLE. All payments are non-refundable. NOTE: Due to gas price fluctuations, any airline or motorcoach fuel surcharges (increases) will be passed on to tour participants if they occur. Insurance Accidental/health, luggage, and trip cancellation insurance will be made available on an optional basis. Further information will be mailed upon confirmation of space. Terms PRICE. All prices shown are per person.

CHILDREN. Ages 2-12 Children must share room with one adult using existing bedding and do not count in room count total. Everyone entering the stadium will need a full ticket. LAND ONLY TOUR. A Land Only Tour contains everything in the FULL TOUR except air, airport transfers and luggage handling.

DISABILITY. Premiere College Sports together with Dodds Athletic Tours makes every effort to contract with providers of lodging, transportation, and entertainment which fully comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you have special travel or accommodation needs, you must notify Premiere College Sports together with Dodds Athletic Tours in writing as to the nature of any special accommodations or need you may require. Neither Premiere College Sports together with Dodds Athletic Tours nor any of the providers of transportation, lodging or entertainment can ensure special accommodations without advance notice.

RESPONSIBILITY. The University of Missouri, The Mizzou Alumni Association, Premiere College Sports together with Dodds Athletic Tours, act only as agents in all matters relating to the making of arrangements for hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours and services provided incident thereto, entertainment, and transportation by railroad, air, motorbus, or steamship. Because of their status as agents, and because they maintain no control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of these travel service suppliers, the said agents can assume no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of (1) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any of the suppliers, (2) any wrongful or negligent or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employee of these suppliers, (3) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, or suppliers, or (4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise, of the aforementioned agents. The agents reserve the right to accept or reject any person as a member of the tour at any time and/or to make changes in the published itinerary whenever, in their sole judgment, conditions warrant, or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the tour. The carriers concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or any event during the time passengers are not on board their or other conveyance. The passenger’s contract, in use by the airline concerned when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. The relationship of The University of Missouri is strictly limited to the selection of the tour and entering into agreement with Premiere College Sports together with Dodds Athletic Tours to conduct the tour.
